On check-in was greated by lovely staff, very clean and fresh. The room was good size. The only downside was the shower wasn't very hot. But overall had a lovely stay.
On my arrival i was greeted by Jenny i believe her name was and the Hotel was fantastic my room was very clean and comfy and the shower was great. The only downside was the TV only had bbc 1 and bbc 2 working but it was nothing to get crazy over... Would definitely recommend
A really nice hotel, the room was tidy and well organised. The room had everything we needed and more. The staff are lovely. The manager of the buisness is extremely friendly and is very helpful in regards to space and necessities. He was helpful with understanding prices and times spaces for the rooms. Another member of staff called Dave was brilliant, he made sure the room was well stocked and was in the best condition, he made sure everything was frrsh and today and also helped with extra towels and shower gels when needed. Overall its an amazing hotel and I would 100% recommend for others, single, with partners, or even as a family and would definitely stay again. Thank you to all the staff your all lovely.
Booked this last minute and it done exactly what it was supposed too do. No disappointment. A Warm fresh room with clean Bed sheets and Towels. Hot running shower and a peaceful nights sleep. I stayed here for 2 nights and would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.
Arrived 2 hours early welcomed us warmly & let us check in the room early. room was lovely and clean & very homely.. Definitely recommend & we will be returning good value for the money
Brilliant customer service I had to cancel last minute and was lost of what to do , I rang the hotel and they helped me throughout thanks so much, great customer service. Most hotels would of just took my money. Its say alot when I'm happy with the hotel before even arriving thaks so much
Checked in around 3pm. The lady who checked us in took us to the room. Double bed, shower and TV all in the room. A great base for a night out. We checked out at 11am with no issue's Parking can be an issue. I arrived at 3pm and unfortunately there wasn't any spaces left. Luckily I was able to park opposite the hotel. In general the side streets in the arear do seem very busy and parking could be a problem in the arear
I’ve been to Skegness for one day this water was amazing very nice clean room price was so good I will definitely come and visit again in holiday five star
